Here is a fabulous giveaway for $649 KitchenAid Mixer brought to you by a brilliant new website called KitchenBug. We’ve been compensated for our time reviewing their site and preparing this post, but as always our opinions are our own.
Kitchenbug is a clever and simple to use website that helps you analyze, organize and share recipes online. I’ve just spent a few minutes testing it out and I’m really impressed. I’ve never seen anything quite like it…
What Is Kitchenbug
It’s an online recipe box that can tell you nutritional content and calorie information for any recipe on the Internet. You just download the bookmarklet and then click on a recipe on any webpage and instantly Kitchenbug calculates calories and gives you insight into the recipe to help you decide how healthy it is. Kitchenbug might suggest things like “good source of protein” or “bad for your heart”.
All your recipes are organized in your recipe boxes and you can easily search through your boxes with keywords such as “tomato and cheese” and all the recipes that have those two items will show up. You can also search in the general recipes with keywords to see what others are collecting and collect the same ones.
You can also divide the serving size instantly so if a recipe says 4 servings, just click on 2 servings and Kitchenbug will divide the recipe.
