      I love these sites, authors etc. I usually have 2-4 books I’m reading at a time and I’m always scouring the web for more stuff! =)

    Understanding food and yourself are such key factors. It amazes me what some people consider healthy eating. I think educating yourself about what it is in food is so important.

    Great info, thank you so much. One thing that really helped me was fermented food and probiotics to improve my digestion. Digestion is so important, that even if you’re eating great food, it’s hard to lose weight if you can’t digest properly. It made a big difference to me. I hope that tip helps others too. Keep up the great work : )
