TANGLED is out on DVD TODAY! Are you excited? I must say, it has definitely become one of the most loved Disney movies in our home. We have watched it as a family numerous times, and my kids even like to act out the entire film. My daughter, Audrey, takes on the role of Rapunzel. My middle son, Isaiah, acts out Flynn Rider’s lines. And my 3-year-old, Christian, plays Pascal the Chameleon, repeatedly sticking out his tongue.

While It is fun watching my little thespians, I definitely have to supervise their performances. One afternoon my daughter was determined to take a frying pan from the kitchen to use as a prop.

I am sure that my middle son is grateful that he didn’t have to endure any hits to the head. I bet he also appreciates that Christian hasn’t tried to lick his ears. Poor Flynn.

Speaking of Pascal, here is a TANGLED fun fact clip all about chameleons.

Grossing over 400 million dollars in global theatrical sales to date, TANGLED, The Walt Disney Studios blockbuster animated feature that takes a modern twist on the famous hair-raising fable Rapunzel, debuts as the ultimate 4-Disc Disney Blu-ray Combo Pack (3D Blu-ray + Blu-ray + DVD + Digital Copy in a single package) on March 29, 2011.

TANGLED is available as a 4-Disc Blu-ray Combo Pack (Blu-ray 3D + Blu-ray + DVD + Digital Copy) for the suggested price of $49.99 US/$56.99 Canada, a 2-Disc Blu-ray Combo Pack (Blu-ray + DVD) for $39.99 US/$44.99 Canada and/or a 1-Disc DVD for $29.99 US/$35.99 Canada.

Bonus material includes an extensive behind-the-scenes making of featurette, deleted scenes, alternate openings, and more! Enjoy the trailer below.

It’s been a while since I’ve seen this. We took our 7 year old daughter to see it in December for her birthday treat. The scene I remember that was touching was when Flynn and Rapunzel were in the boat watching the lanterns. Ahhh the budding romance grabs at my heart. I also loved when Flynn gave up his satchel in exchange for Rapunzel.

My favorite scene in Tangled is when they enter the Snuggly Duckling and sing “I’ve got a dream!” I know all the words (I’m a high school senior) haha :] This scene makes me really happy and makes me laugh a lot, especially with all the “bad guys”‘ secret dreams! I also LOVE the return to lovely Disney animation and a princess who is worthy of admiration, animal companions that are AMAZING ( PASCAL! MAXIUMUS! ), and a good story for all kids, both boys and girls. I really hope I win-I’m drooling over that shirt. Thanks for the contest!

This was the first movie my daughter has ever seen in theaters and she always talks about it – even a month after we’ve watched it. She always talks about the “mean mommy falling out of the window” aka the witch’s demise. LOL

She also always asks me “What happened to Repunzel’s hair?” LOL A 3 year old mind + this movie = adorable hilarity.
