Wordless Wednesday — My Dream Vacation Destination

Disney Castaway Cay and the Disney Dream Ship
Disney's Castaway Cay and the Disney Dream Ship

I still can’t believe I was there, on that beach, under that sun, watching my children splash and swim in that blue, Bahamian sea. It was a Dream come true!

If I could, I would take a Disney Cruise vacation with my family three times a year, every single year for the rest of my life. If I could, I would spend weeks at the white sand beaches of Castaway Cay, Disney’s private island in the Bahamas. It is 100% my ideal, dream-come-true vacation!

I was so fortunate to go on the inaugural sailing of the new ship, The Disney Dream, last week. We were at sea for two nights, and spent one unforgettable day at Castaway Cay. The weather was absolutely perfect and we had an incredible time.

Thanks to Walt Disney World for bringing me on this media trip. Disney covered my expenses, but my opinions – and my love for Disney Cruise Line – is all my own!

Mom Bloggers (and Dad Bloggers too!) post a photo on your site, link up and find others… Wordless Wednesday is tons of fun. (And I know it says “wordless” but I just can’t bear to not write anything! If I had created it, I probably would have named it something different! LOL)

Here is a fun thumbnail linky…

But if you prefer the old style, you can use this linky:

Thanks to Uisce for creating Wordless Wednesday.

Funny how Disney remembers my blog for DVD’s but never remembers me for trips…….I wish I was somewhere warm right about now! Thanks for the linky! Even though my Wednesday is not wordless, I thought I’d link up anyway! 🙂

We book our cruise on the Disney Dream for this September, but just had to cancel it after finding out we are pregnant. We’re super excited about baby #4, but bummed about canceling the cruise…we were really looking forward to it!

    HI Janice,
I met you on the Dream Christening Cruise (we spoke by the pool in front of the Nemo play area.)
It was great talking with you.

No dream destinations for The Gang today. Just more of the white stuff.

Apparently, with a lot more to come in the next 24 hours. Ugh.

LOL, so you have Disney and the sunny bahamas – I brought a potato to the table this week! A cute, potato-with-a-face potato but still – the Bahamas definitely trumps that!! Glad you had such a great time.

My cousin’s daughter worked on a Disney Dream ship for years. I think they have to be of a certain age as she now has a new posting on another ship that sails up the coast to Vancouver. She is involved with the children on board. (She is a teacher) .

I guess since you can’t just go and play on the red carpet all the time, that would make for a great vacation, but if I could, I would want to go play on the red carpet all the time. Ok, enough about me
