Tackle It Tuesday – I need a snow day…

The snow is falling tonight…

And we are expecting a nice sized snow fall overnight. So I am just hoping that it sticks around to make enough of a mess for Jackson’s school to be closed tomorrow.

Because I could really use a snow day.

You see, Jackson attends kindergarten fifteen minutes away. My day is so fragmented with driving to drop him off and pick him up and then take him to after school activities, that I just don’t get enough accomplished in the day. I actually get more done with him here!

And I have a ton of work to do – both on the computer and around the house.

(Plus – I would love to play in the snow tomorrow and take photos of my kids.) 🙂

So what am I tackling?

Well, we just got back tonight from a weekend away (we took an extra day and made it into a long weekend) and I have a bunch of unpacking to do. And since we got in, I haven’t had a chance to tackle anything other than getting my kids in bed, checking comments and answering emails.

So I am really a tackling failure tonight.

BUT if I get that snow day tomorrow, that might really help me swing into high gear and tackle my unpacking and my over stuffed inbox. (Oh and I will tackle taking photos of my kids in the snow too!)

Hope you got that snow day you needed. We actually had a COLD day, two days in a row now. No snow, but too nasty cold to have kids out waiting for school buses. brrr….

This was my first Tackle it Tuesday, and it was great! Totally motivated me through a job of drudgery. Thanks! I’ll be back. ;o)

I tried to comment on your giveaway, but I got a weird error. So, I’m testing to see if I’m able to comment on another post.

Snow, what’s that? In Atlanta, we hardly see it, and when we do, everybody freaks out. I’d love to have a nice big snow for a change of pace! Happy tackling!

It is starting to snow here as well. Today I am going to tackle the pile of paperwork on the floor in my bedroom. My husband will be so happy to see it gone! Have a great day everyone!
