Have You Seen the New Salads from Chick Fil A? (plus giveaway)

by Jennifer Sikora

Jennifer here to share with my thoughts on the new salads from Chick Fil A. We were given samples to try and gift cards to give away, but all opinions remain our own.

Today I went with my daughter into town to pick a few things. While we were there, I decided to hit up the Chick Fil A and try out their new salads that they just recently introduced.

All three of the new salads contain two full servings of vegetables and are each less than 430 calories. My question was — could this salad really be this good?

The answer is — YES!

Today, Kayla and I got the chance to try out the New Grilled Market Salad. Boasting a whopping 180 calories, this salad is a definite pleaser. It was HUGE and all I could do to get it all down. Each bite left me wanting more and more. It is filled with strawberries, blueberries, nuts, carrots, mixed greens and more.

My favorite part about this salad? The dressing and the nut toppings.

Raising the standard for salads in the quick-service industry, Chick-fil-A’s new salad entrees feature premium and nutritious ingredients, such as romaine lettuce, mixed baby greens, honey Thai almonds, roasted corn, mandarin oranges, strawberries, blueberries and more. Starting at $6.79, each salad will offer two or more servings of vegetables or fruit, and have between 180 and 430 calories (without dressing).
