Now That’s What I Call French Toast

by Erica

Last January I had the true pleasure of joining the folks at I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! at the posh NYC restaurant, Butter, to meet with Chef Alex Guarnaschelli and the new I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! spokesperson, Kim Cattrall.

While we dined on Chef Alex’s delectable I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! recipes, Kim shared with us how you don’t have to compromise with I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!. It has the same delicious taste with 0 grams Trans Fat.

Kim’s fun commercials for the brand have begun airing. My favorite one is the French Toast commercial.

If you don’t have a French man handy, you could always try your hand at the Enlightened French Toast recipe. It is prepared using I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! Light Spread.

I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! has also released two new products – I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! Whipped & Creamy Taste and I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! Spray made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. They have also launched an official I Can’t Believe It’s not Butter! Facebook Page.

In honor of all of their exciting news, our friends at I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! have a wonderful gift bag valued at $65 to give away to one lucky reader. The gift bag includes:

  • Cuisinart 2-slice stainless steel toaster
  • Crate & Barrel stainless steel spreader
  • Individual spread crock
  • Coupon for a free I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! product
