Mother’s Day is coming up fast! Knowing how much my mom loves pictures of her grandson, I was really excited to see that Animoto has a Mother’s Day template for making your own custom videos for mom or grandma! Yes, I sent a card and am having flowers delivered, but sending photos is a Mother’s Day tradition for our family.
Check out this cute little video template…
Create your own video slideshow at animoto.com.
Make Your Own
Start with Animoto’s Mother’s Day Template. You’ll see a button that says Purchase, but look down below for the ‘login’ and ‘free’ links. You can create a short, 30 second, video for free and still use the template.
Upload your images, add text slides, and drag and drop the elements till they’re in the order you want. A 30 second slide is best with 5-10 images.
Next, select your music. You can use a preloaded song or upload you own favorite.
Finalizing will take a few minutes, but when you’re done you can email, share on Facebook, or grab a code to embed on your blog!
More Ways to Share Your Photos

Great gift idea Erica! Video is one of the most beautiful and personalized gifts we can give to our moms. Animoto is a excellent and easy tool indeed as it transfers still pictures into very nice movies. But it will be even greater idea to show these videos directly on your mom’s TV. We love video sharing and think videos of the grandkids watched in the comfort in the granny’s living room is the best gift we can give to our moms, and at http://www.emaze.com you can find how you can send animoto video (and any other video) directly to your mom’s TV.
