I have never been on a spa vacation (or any other vacation) without my kids. I enjoy taking trips with the entire family, but I guess I could make an exception in this case.

My son, Timothy was born on Mother’s Day. I chose to celebrate the day with my husband and 4 kids at Madison’s Henry Villas Zoo with a picnic followed by a game or two of mini-golf. For me, it’s all about family and the fun we have together! Best Mothers Days ever!

When I was 8 my Mom held down 3 jobs to house us, feed us, & make sure I could play sports. She was at every game/event I participated in, taught Sunday school for 6 years & when a dad would’t agree to be a Cub Master, she took over our troop, all while finishing her BA & MS.
It was’t easy being a single parent, but Mom filled both roles.
She is a Naval Commander in DC, & works for the intel community as a Senior Staff Officer.
She is definitely a cuddler, and still the best, at 57!
