Wordless Wednesday – Why Walk When I Can Run?

With the low light, I didn’t have the chance to adjust my shutter speed when Olivia decided to take off full speed! “Why walk when I can run, Mom?”

Olivia is doing very well in the walking department. She can take about four timid, wobbly steps on her own. But I imagine before her birthday hits on September 28th, she will be running without the need of hands or toys. Watch out world – here she comes!

Thanks to Uisce for creating Wordless Wednesday.

That is great! Good to hear she is nearly walking already. All three of my kids were/are late walkers. My oldest didn’t walk until she was 13 months, my second, 14 months and my youngest is 13 1/2 mos and still isn’t walking yet. Sometimes I want him to start walking so I don’t have to carry him around anymore, and sometimes I am glad that he isn’t. He expects me to always carry him and I give in because he is my baby. It’s probably my fault that he isn’t walking yet. But that’s ok.
