I like to select One Word to focus on each year.
This year my word is… Positivity.
I want to push out my negative thinking and be more positive in my thoughts especially as I push forward in my business.
You could say I’ve always been a pessimist — I’d say a realist — but the fact is that I’m a worrier and I tend toward negativity.
So this year, I’m going to be more positive in my self-talk and more intentional in my actions.
Last year, my word was Fun.
And here’s a list of what I’ve tried to focus on in previous years… 2014, 2013, 2012, 2011, 2010, and 2009.
What About You?
Do you choose One Word to focus on in the New Year? I’d love to hear it…

My word for the year is Healthy. I’ve wanted to do this for a few years but had a hard time choosing a word. This year I’ve decided that I my health to improve in all areas: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, financial, and relational.

Great word… I must choose to focus on my health more this year too.

Our family focus this year is physical health, as our family already improved our inner or mental health. We did notice that improving health strongly affects another aspects of our lives! Thank you for your posts!
