Its a toss up, we used to buy a lot of canned vegetables and we still do, mostly beans, diced tomatoes and green beans. We also buy a lot of canned tuna, although of late we’re using pouch tuna more because it comes with various flavors. I love the security of knowing I’ve got canned ingredients though in case I’m in a pinch!

We can not get enough of canned armadillo, we buy from a company called Pure Texas, so good, and we recently discovered reindeer pate, I eat it on Doritos.

I buy canned corn and green beans all the time. It’s an easy and healthy side dish. That was I can focus my time cooking the main dish and other side dish.
