Hello! My name is Sarah, and I blog over at Bombshell Bling (formerly Craft Quickies), a creative blog that covers everything from recipes to holidays to kid crafts to jewelry to home decor and DIY.
I am excited to share with you my 3 Ingredient Pumpkin Spice Cookies recipe. So easy, but so yummy!
I got this recipe from a friend years ago when I was still a single gal in college, and I have been making it every fall since that time. I loved it for its convenience and simplicity as a busy college student, and I love it for the same reasons as a busy mom. It is even simple enough for you to allow your young kiddos to help, or to allow your older kiddos to make independently.
Now simply scoop spoonfuls of the batter onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Afterward, if you’re lucky, you can enjoy them with your cute sous chef. Isn’t my sous chef just the cutest thing ever?! He is my oldest, and he loves to cook and do projects with mom while his baby sister is sleeping.
Here is a compact version of that recipe:
Pumpkin Spice Cookies
- 1 box spice cake mix
- 1 can pumpkin
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Combine all three ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Scoop spoonfuls of batter onto a greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 18 to 20 minutes.
Pretty simple, huh? And here is a condensed version of the recipe in visual form—perfect for Pinterest!
Thank you for checking out my recipe! If you liked it then you should check out my blog, Bombshell Bling (formerly Craft Quickies), and follow along with my creative adventures on Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, and/or Twitter. Additionally, you should be sure to check out my mama’s Heirloom Pumpkin Bread recipe. Everyone I give it to is OBSESSED. Seriously.
