Updated: I should add that Minou was my in law’s cat, not ours personally. But my husband and our kids loved him dearly! Because I am allergic to cats, Minou was the closest my family could get to having our own.
P.S. To answer Neisha’s question, ‘Minou’ means ‘pussycat’ in French. My husband’s family is from Quebec.

I’m so sorry. We lost one of our cats to kidney failure at age 21 a few years back.
It’s always hard to loose our furry friends.

You, your family and in-laws have my deepest sympathy over the passing of Minou. I have 7 cats and they are part of the family. A part of your heart will be missing, I know I lost one during the winter and I still grieve daily. Mine looked a lot like Minou. Hugs, Sheree
Sorry to hear about your in-laws cat. I know it’s hard to lose a pet — we lost our beloved boston 6 years ago and still to this day my kids talk about him. TFS
What a beautiful cat! I’m so sorry. She reminds me of the one I grew up with…the one my brother and I conned my mom into keeping because we thought she was pregnant. It turned out that she was a really popular (well-fed) stray!
