While Janice is partying her way through BlogHer 2013 this year, I’m staying home to run everything behind the scenes. Janice and I usually attend BlogHer together, and this is my first year since 2008 not attending. Yes, I do wish I were there as I’m missing seeing some of my favorite people in the world!
Last year when I attended BlogHer, I wound up having a random, crazy accident on the way, but I still had an amazing time. I met so many great blogging friends, and also made some wonderful connections. In fact, you can read about three ladies who are great influences socially for me and Janice in this post we wrote during our time last year at BlogHer.
We’re thrilled to feature our friends at PicMonkey as sponsors of our BlogHer13 related content. Janice is snapping lots of photos and I’m editing them in PicMonkey and sharing them on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.
Follow along with us and enjoy some BlogHer conference fun whether you’re in Chicago or at home like me.
To share our love of PicMonkey, we’ve also created a PicMonkey Resource Page full of free tutorials, tips and tricks and we’ll link up all our BlogHer13 photos that we’ve edited in PicMonkey on that resource page.

You are welcome to share and/or post any of our BlogHer13 photos, we just ask that you link a photo credit back to us.
What about you? Are you attending BlogHer this year?
Especially since I’m not there to see all of you face to face, I would love to read about your time at BlogHer13. If you are there and are writing any posts about your experiences now, before, or after the event, we would love for you to share them with us in this linky list below.
While you are at it, don’t forget to visit our post on what you want to know before attending a blog conference. Even though the conference has already started, there is a lot of great information there.

Howdy! I understand this is kind of off-topic however
I needed to ask. Does operating a well-established website like yours require a large amount
of work? I am completely new to blogging but I do write in my diary everyday.
I’d like to start a blog so I cann easily share my own experience
and views online. Please let me know if you have any kind of ideas or
tips for new aspiring blog owners. Appreciate it!
