Delicious and healthy dairy-free smoothie recipe.

Ingredients

  • ¼ Cup Flaked Coconut
  • 8-10 Ice Cubes
  • 1 Kiwi Sliced
  • 1 Banana Halved
  • ½ Cup Pineapple Sliced and Frozen
  • ½ Cup Coconut Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in blender.
  • Blend until smooth there are no chunks.
  • Add honey and blend again.
  • Serve right away.
