I love making healthy smoothies for my kids and myself. Smoothies are so easy to make and you can get so many fruits and veggies into each glass.
This green smoothie is dairy-free and delicious…
The best part about smoothies is all the different varieties you can make. But I especially love Green Smoothies… you may have seen a couple of our other green smoothie recipes already:

Today we have another tasty green smoothie recipe for you that is dairy-free.
How To Make The Green Machine Smoothie
Step 1: Add 1/2 Cup Spinach
Step 2: Add 1 Sliced Kiwi
Step 3: Add 1/2 Sliced Green Apple
Step 4: Add 1/2 Cup White Grape Juice
Step 5: Add 5-6 Ice Cubes
Step 6: Blend, then and 2 Tablespoons Honey and Blend Again
Ingredients
- 1 Whole Kiwi Sliced
- ½ Green Apple Sliced
- ½ Cup Spinach
- ½ Cup White Grape Juice
- 5-6 Ice Cubes
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in blender except the honey.
- Blend until smooth. Open container and add your honey then continue to bled again.
- Serve immediately.

Thank you for this easy but healthy smoothie recipe ! It was a hit with my toddler who is a very picky eater due to textures ( he doesn’t like vegetables and leafy greens most of the time )
