What a wonderful moment to capture. I love that all three of them are unaware of the camera. Jackson looks so focused and serious…and Olivia looks the opposite – laid-back with her lollipop! 🙂

  2. Did you know you can use a FREE linking tool (instead of Mr.Linky) that also supports thumbnails? InLinkz! So instead of just a simple list of urls you can have a gallery of thumbnails linked to other’s blogs! It’s stable, highly customizable and easy to use. Check it out! http://www.inlinkz.com

  3. Ha!!! That’s awesome!! My Canadian hubby would LOVE to be doing the same thing…in fact, he just dug out his skates from the attic!! 😀

  4. Donna-Lee Randhawa says:

Brings back some great memories of my own Canadian childhood. 🙂

  5. Lorie Shewbridge says:

Cool for daddy… Olivia is more interested in the lollipop than the ice skating.
Is it a requirement in Canada for boys to know how to play hockey??? Just asking… 🙂
Great photo, I love family time!

  6. the code does not print here?????????
I could probably e mail it to you.
I don’t see your e mail here, though.

  7. I’ve seen Wordless Wednesday around and I did it today. Another blogger saw it and asked me who owns it and if there is a button. I tracked you down through He & Me & 3. I came up with a button. Below is the code. You’re welcome to use it. It does link to our blog.

  13. I like that photo. Olivia looks like she doesn’t give one ounce of trouble. 🙂 Appropriately distracted with a lollipop. How was the game?

  15. How sweet that pic is.

Yeah for Canada and promoting hockey and sport to keep our children active!!

    Great Picture

  17. I used to LOVE going ice skating with my friends when I was younger! It was always so much fun 🙂

  18. That’s an unfamiliar scene to me–except for the ring pops at sporting events, those we have!

  19. That looks like it would be a blast to watch. I am good on roller skates, but ice skates are a different kind of animal!

  21. What a great candid shot!!

  22. Love it. My 6 year old son plays hockey too but we live in Dallas so it’s not nearly as popular as say football.

  23. It is a great shot, though! Looks like a fun day!

  24. That is really cute! Love how Olivia is completely oblivious because she has her treat! So cute!

  25. Susie's Homemade says:

    That’s perfect, isn’t it?

  26. What a great photo!! I wish that we had an ice skating rink close!! My boys would love it I think!

  27. Love how both kids just look bored and casual. Tells you that this is a super involved dad and his helping is an ordinary event. Awesome!

  28. Shannon (The Mommy-Files) says:

That’s an awesome picture! LOL 🙂

    ♥ Happy Wednesday! ♥

  31. All except the shorts! lol..well at least in Saskatchewan we are not wearing shorts.

This pic goes with my Tackle yesterday.

  32. The Gang's Momma says:

I’m sooooo late this a.m! We had a two hour delay and are all moving out of synch. But the sleeping in felt delightful 🙂

My cousins always played hockey and I found it interesting how they could be so brutal on the ice but off it they were big teddy bears . . . Looks like your hubby might be the same 🙂

    I love how Olivia’s having a sucker.

  38. How neat to have dad as his coach! I love watching hockey.

  39. Looks fun (although I’ve never got the hang of ice skating). Love your little girl’s outfit – she looks so cute leaning there.

  42. Yay for hockey! We just enrolled our 4 year old this winter and he loves it!

  43. Love the before the game moment you captured.

  44. Beside wanting to be “Kid Canada” on CBC, this is the other reason I’m sure my son would beg to be Canadian. He’s almost 3 and wants blue ice skates and a hockey stick. He asks for them daily. LOL

  45. Serendipity is Sweet says:

Very cool. I’d love to take my kids ice skating.

Great shot! I didn’t learn to ice skate till I was in my teens.

  56. What a great shot! How fun 🙂

  64. That is so sweet! I love the look on your son’s face….just waiting for it to be done.
I could tell from your accent in Say it Face to Face that you were from somewhere up north…Canada makes perfect sense! 🙂

    Happy WW!

  65. Milk & Honey Mommy says:
