I bet I can guess the answer to that… Yes, we all know babies explore with their mouths, so why should their exploration into the world of books not begin by gumming a good read?

My teething 4 month old would love a book like that.
My 10 month old loves to eat paper, so we are careful to keep books out of his reach. He ruined a $75 college text book of his brothers. We had to buy it because is was a loaner book from the school!
I would love to have these books. I want my children to love books but I feel awful when I have to put them away to keep them intact.

I found one of these at boarders when my daughter was an infant…it was her only book she was allowed…other than her baby and me photo album…

That would be awesome. I had one son who treated all of his board books so nicely. Then, I had twin boys, and they have completely ripped apart and gummed up every single board book we have!!
