Oh I’m so excited… and I think you’re going to be too…
Because this giveaway is all about choices — choices for your toddler (if you have one) and choices for you.
I’ve discovered the way to avoid tantrums with my two-year old is to offer choices. It’s a simple concept, but it helps avoid screaming displays of independence and will.
So I’m thrilled that now when we’re out for a walk or shopping at the mall, Julia will be able to choose to sit, stand or walk.
I’ve been trying to decide how to solve the stroller dilemma of Julia having to hand over her seat to her new baby sister Sophia. Should I get a double stroller? What about those attachments that click on the back to let her stand and ride?
I can just imagine being at the mall with the two of them, and Julia melting down because she’s tired and wants to sit in the stroller. But, I don’t feel like dragging around a double stroller for those times when she needs a rest, since most of the time she’d likely not want to be confined in her seat. And whatever I use, I need it to be lightweight… just the thought of lugging a heavy double stroller in and out of the car makes me not want to leave the house.
I found the solution at a brilliant site called StrollerDepot.com. Are you wondering why I would describe a site that sells strollers as brilliant? It’s their videos! They are ingenious. They demonstrate using the strollers and explain the differences between brands and models. And the best part is the cute little kids that help out at the StrollerDepot.com “Research Facility”.

This is a great idea to help make a mom’s life easier.
If I win, the prize will be given to my close friend – a single mother who was recently injured in a traffic accident and is losing money while recovering at home.
Two vehicles were destroyed in the snowstorm accident.
As a mother of three, I can rmember how difficult it was to raise a family on a small income.
By the way, my friend suffered insult on top of injury because the baby’s father left her while she was still hospitalized.
What a jerk. But I think – in the long run – she will be much better off without this so-called “boyfriend.”

I have seriously been PINING over these double strollers!!!
After my daughter (our second child) was born we were given one of those very awful bulky (& yes, quite heavy) double strollers.
I’m not even sure how I was expected to use this contraption when I was told not to lift anything heavier than my baby for at least six weeks postpartum…
Our double stroller now gobbles up our entire trunk area, meaning grocery trips quite often include grocery bags being places throughout the car–front seat & in the back, between the two car seats. Oh how nice it’d be to have my trunk space back!
Another thing, the wheels on my double stroller for some reason have this AWFUL squealing noise. I hate the looks I get when people try to figure out where that horrible noise is coming from!

I am in love. I have 4 kids going 6 down to 5 months and I a way to manage them all. I have a double but to have that and then 2 more waling is so very hard. I am also like you, that my 2 yr old likes to walk most of the time so this is a great compromise. Especially since then my 2 or 4 yr old could sit on it. So pleeeeeease pick me;).

I can’t tell you how excited I was to see the stroller on your web site. I have seen 2 of these & asked the owners about them only to forget the name of the product! I did not want a double stroller because my daughter is a little old for it, & i knew it would be SO HEAVY & either too long or too wide to get around easily. A woman at my pediatritian’s office had her 2 girls on the stroller & had nothing but great things to say about it.
I have been hunting around for one of these for Christmas time—your timing couldn’t have been better! Thanks! PS–I have never read this blog before…I’ll be back for sure:)
That is one great stroller. My niece usually stands on the front of the foot rest and almost falls on her sister everytime. She never wants to ride in a stroller unless her sister is already in it.
The sage is the color I like best in the joovy. I took a look at the baby carriers also. They have some nice ones.
