Mommy Confession Time

Jendi wants to know our Mommy Confessions… so come on Girls, let’s spill the goods…

On any given day, I’m sure I could admit to some type of mommy confession. From my confessions, there would likely be a trending topic of “dinner-time”.

I let my kids get away with crazy stuff in order for me to get away with sneaking healthy food into them.

Here’s one example…

So tell us, what is your Mommy Confession, leave a comment here AND/OR even better turn on your camera and tell us over at Say It Face To Face.

Oh… by the way… if you’re worried that I’m endangering my girls by letting them stand on slippery wet chairs, do not fear. My girls are safely standing on a Kitchen Helper stool. (Btw, that’s a link to one of our stores… we sell those stands.)

  2. hahahahaha I love it. I have totally done the ‘sneak food in’ while playing or otherwise distracted. It’s so frustrating when they won’t eat… as I type this I’m going on hour 2 of my child refusing to his breakfast.. and guess what?! He JUST took a bite, I kid you not!

  4. Love the confession Susan! Great video. So funny that it starts out with “Don’t drink that!” I’ve said that many times – for the bathtub. I saw her squeezing the juice box too. LOL

  5. That is cute. What a great idea. I eat my kids Halloween candy too. I also let my two year old run around in the house without his clothes on. He likes to strip and I don’t like to fight with him about it. But I only let him do that when his sisters are not home.

  6. Those are all SO great ladies! Thanks so much for sharing. It is hilarious what we moms do sometimes.

Let’s see… I have so many confessions… I sometimes let my toddler watch TV from her high chair to distract her so she won’t notice that I am feeding her!

  7. Love it! Okay…I let my developmentally delayed preschooler nearly climb over the fence into my neighbor’s yard 1)because I was excited that he wanted to try and I wanted to see how far he would get and 2)because I wanted to see what the new neighbors had done with the yard since the old neighbors moved out. 🙂

  8. LOL! I am guilty lately of letting my daughter Emma get away with not going to bed until her older siblings do, just so i don’t have to deal with the fight…UGH.

  9. my confession: My 18 month old claps when we pull in to the McDonald’s parking lot. hummm. I think we eat/play there too often!

  10. Your girls are adorable. My 8 year old son who is autistic could sit and let the water run and play with the soap like that too with my dishes.

  11. I’ve been eating my kids halloween candy. (I’ve eaten more than they have) shhhh….

  12. I used to cram cookie dough in my mouth while cooking dinner and I had this contest going on in my mind of trying not to get caught by my then 5 year old. I sooooo needed a life!

  13. Sarah Chang says:

I ate the puffs off of my daughter’s booster seat (after removing her from the seat – she had dropped the puffs). So basically these were puffs she had been sitting on. I am completely amazed that I do things like this without even thinking that it’s gross anymore…ah…motherhood

  14. I just have to say that was soo cute!
