Milestones and Everyday Moments – YesVideo Giveaway #RememberWhen

yesvideo storytellerI’m loving being part of the YesVideo Ambassador program and testing out their video services. This is a compensated ambassadorship, but as always, my opinions are my own.

I’ve had two miniDV cassette tapes transferred to digital with YesVideo and it’s been such a treat to relive these wonderful memories of Julia’s birth and her first birthday.

Milestones or Everyday Moments

As well as those big milestone moments, the videos included clips of everyday memories. I love this scene of 1-year-old Julia having breakfast with 3-year-old Jackson. It shows how Julia didn’t have much interest in food and how Jackson was quick to take advantage.

I love the everyday moments as well as the big milestones… so let’s share them all.

How YesVideo Works

It’s fabulous how simple YesVideo has made this process. They send you an Easy Ship Kit with the shipping labels and everything you need to mail in your tapes. You just put your tapes in the box and drop it off with UPS. A couple weeks later you’ll receive an email notifying you that your videos are online.

And don’t worry… they mail you back your original tapes and a DVD of your videos.

Using their website and mobile app, you can access your videos from anywhere, create and order custom DVDs and share your videos online.

You can even email snippets and photos taken from my videos and/or share directly to Facebook and Instagram using the YesVideo website and mobile app.

(For my Canadian friends, I’m sorry… YesVideo services are only available in the USA.)

I’m so thankful I finally got these tapes out of my cupboard and put online so I can enjoy them.
