Hannah Keeley’s Total Mom Makeover – a life changing book you don’t want to miss!
“Motherhood has a way of sneaking up on you. One day, you are rubbing cocoa butter on your expanding belly and trying to decide on colors for the curtains in the nursery. The next day, you are wearing sweatpants because you can’t button your jeans, dishes are spilling out of the kitchen sink, and the kids have colored all over the walls with permanent markers. Because of the ever-growing list of responsibilities, you begin pushing your own needs further and further down on the list. Eventually, you are just trying to make it through another day without losing your car keys, your temper, or your mind.
That’s no way to live. And deep inside, you know that. But you can’t stop long enough to catch your breath. And even when you do have a moment, you have no idea how to begin to make it better. Well, the time is now, the place is here, and you’re going to start by forgetting everything you know about motherhood.â€
There is no doubt about it – motherhood is wonderful… and hard! Really hard!
A mother has a million tasks to do and countless unrealistic expectations we are trying to live up to. There are meals to make, houses to clean and children to care for. Oh – and our husbands want some attention too.
With all the demands on us, our needs can often fall right out of the equation. The end result is an exhausted and overwhelmed mom, struggling to survive in the dream role of “Mother.â€
I know – I am one of them! Most days I am just fighting to make it through, feeling guilty, as I look around at all the moms that are doing it “so much better than I am.†Many nights, I walk past the unfolded laundry, step over the scattered toys on the floor and head up to bed at the end of a very long day feeling defeated.
But Hannah Keeley wants to help moms to recharge and refocus our lives.
Who is Hannah Keeley and how can she help us?
Hannah is a work from home, homeschooling mother of seven. She is a thriving, effective, mothering machine!
But don’t let that scare you off. Hannah also knows what motherhood “rock bottom†is like.
Years ago, Hannah was overweight, out of shape and out of control of her house and her life. But one day, Hannah found herself sobbing on her messy bedroom floor, surrounded by piles of unfolded laundry and she had a stunning revelation: this was not the life she wanted. But no one was coming to rescue her. She needed to turn it around. She needed to claim the life she wanted and deserved!
And she did just that. One step at a time, Hannah revolutionized her life. She became a healthy, glowing, successful, organized mom who loves her busy life.
In her new book, “Hannah Keeley’s Total Mom Makeover – The Six-Week Plan to Completely Transform Your Home, Health, Family, and Life,†Hannah walks us through a simple, step-by-step method for reclaiming our lives, our dreams – and our sanity!
Hannah helps us to replace our negative attitudes and habits with positive ones and gets us on track to get us where we want to be as healthy, happy moms.
Each day, we read a few pages, working out our new plan and reforming our lives. It is simple, yet totally powerful and transforming.
Through her encouraging, realistic voice, Hannah pumps us up and equips us to change. You will literally feel energized as you read!
Hannah isn’t trying to get us to be “perfect†and live “super-mom†lives. Actually one of her tips is to do just the opposite:
“Don’t try to do everything, just the things that really matter. Achieving success in life is as much about prioritizing as it is about getting up the gumption to go after your goals. If your going to get the important things done, you’ve got to be able to let lesser things go.â€
If you aren’t quite where you want to be as a mom, if you are feeling overwhelmed and alone, Total Mom Makeover can help get you refocused and moving towards a healthier lifestyle.
If you want it to, this book could change your attitude, your outlook and your life!

this website totalmom.com is now a porn site…… hate Hannah took it down. I just got the book. UGH!
Thank you for letting us know.
I would love to be more organized in life and more balanced.

I’d love to win this one <3
Sign me up! Sounds like something every mother should own!! 🙂
my mom never thinks of her self . she is always doing for others and never herself. She almost died this past October. She had a stint put in and it went horrible wronge. We are lucky she made it.With out her our family would not be as strong as we are.
totally up my alley. I’m the mom of a lovely 16 year old daughter, step mom to a 6 and 10 year old and surrogate to 12 year old twins, an 8 year old, 5 year old and their cousins who are 4 and 6. I always have a house full of kids. Loveee it! But could use this.
Wow would my mom ever love this!!
Oh how i would love to win something for my first mothers day! Happy Mommy Day everyone!
I’m really interested in reading her book as I really need a makeover after having 2 kids. I’m amazed how much we as Mom’s put ourselves last!
My kids are growing and one of them is going to go to college which scares me to have them grow up but I know they have to! I love my girls and have given them my life. I would love to have a make over and give myself a treat… Thank you.
There is this one special woman in the world she taught me how to talk, she talk me how to walk, and she taught me how to be me. I followed in her footsteps because i wanted to be like her, she was my roll-modle. She made me who I am today a thirdteen year old, that is heathly because you helped me when i needed you, when I had to go to sick kids. I am the girl that everyone knows as the good girl because this woman taught me how to be one. In my mind she is the most beautiful woman in the world. I love this woman more then anything in the whole world, I could not have a better person then her. She makes the house clean,, and cleans my laundry because I am to lazy, but when she needs my help I will always be right there. The house is nice, clean, and it smells good today because of her. She is a very stong woman, and she likes to do things on her own. You would never see one tear in her eye because she doesn’t cry, and you know why she doesn’t cry: it is because she is a very strong woman. Do you know what her name is. Her name is mommy, and that will be her name until the day that I DIE! I LOVE YOU MOMMY/ MOM( best woman in the world )!
hi,
i’m am jessie, and i am 10 years old and I think my mommey is so great she should win, and also she always talk about wanting a house make over .
Please think of my mommey to win.

I would love tobe able to give my mother a makeover for mothers day im 29 now and shes never stoped taking care of me and now my children. She is a wonderful mother and deseves something nice for herself. My moms my best friend and id love to help her feel as pretty on the ousitde as i see her on the inside
My mom deserves to have a make over because she never takes time out for her self. She is a very hard worker and I think she deserves to have something thats all about her.
This would be perfect for my mom she does so much for me!!!!!!
Why does my mom need a makeover? Well really she doesn’t. She’s beautiful. Emerald green eyes, wild strawberry blonde hair, and a smile that lights up the night. But what she does need is time for herself and to be pampered like a princess.
My mother has never, ever given up. She came to America when she was four years old and was given the responsibility to raise her two younger brothers, while her newly immigrated Polish parents tried to find work and happiness in this new world. She would cook, clean, raise her brothers, translate English, and play with dolls at the same time.
My mother grew up independently and courageously, later ending up married and with two rascals of offspring.
Now me and my younger brother were no angel children and we gave her and my father hell. As a typical teen I would challenge her on every and all decisions. But she stuck strong to her beliefs and values, and with time natured now two prized children.
Her and my father hit a rocky patch about a year ago. She realized the emotional abuse he fostered on her from time to time and said enough. They separated and moved out. This devastated my still young and growing brother, and my newly college student, vunerable self. They eventually both started seeing counselors. My father became a new man both mentally and physically and to this day, whisks her away every saturday night for salsa dancing downtown. She held faith in our family that would stay together when we all saw it crumbling apart.
Now she wakes at 4am every morning to work just so she’s guaranteed to be back for dinner. With not only working a grueling day so she can help with my tuition and my brother’s sports adventures, but she also cares for an unofficial son of hers. My mother took in a neighbor boy by the name of Jay Jay, that had abusive, unsupportive, and drugged out guardians. While still in high school, Jay Jay would come over for Sunday dinner, rest in the guest bedroom when his home was too much, and receive the love from my mother and father that he never had. My mother, like she did for us, encouraged Jay Jay in applying and attending college, pushed for extracurricular activities and gave him hope. Jay Jay is now attending a state college with aspirations in a dental career. He calls home every now and then to check in and visit when ever in town.
Now on top of that, she recently has taken in a young homeless boy that was found living in our camper.
She welcomed this boy with open arms, a warm meal, and a couch with blankets. He recently turned 18 years old, and with this age his father kicked him out of his home. She’s allowing Tyler to stay at our house, until he finds a job, and a proper shelter for underprivileged teens. She gives Tyler food, a mood of transportation to help in his search, and a hug and kiss goodnight that has been way overdue.
My mother is a saint. From the age of four, to this very day she continues to stay strong, never giving up on herself, her family, or the world around.
She is an inspiration. That does this kindness purely from the good in her heart, and does is all with soul lifting smile.
I love my mother. I am proud that she is my mom. She is my best friend, my star for safe landing, and my inspiration.
My mom deserves this makeover, to show she is appreciated, and loved, not only by me and my family, but by those in this lost and lonely world needing a loving hug.
Sincerely, her daughter,
Nicole.
I really think my mom Ms. Felicia Thomas really deserves this makeover she has been through a lot this past year and half with the car accident of my grandmother/her mom in August 2008 every since then my mom was always at her bedside, because she was paralyzed, she would be with her before and after work and all day on the weekends, March 18, 2010 my grandmother passed away it has been really hard for our family. Thanks for taking the time to read this..
This is AWESOME!! Everyone I know would love to have a makeover.
My mom, Christine, had such a horrible upbringing with her childhood and her mother dying at just 8 yrs. old, her father dying shortly after. My mom strived on being the best mother. She instilled good morals and values into me and my brother. She was a single mom and had little money and for a while worked three jobs just so us kids would not go without. Even getting in trouble there was never a doubt in our heads that she loved us. She has always been 100% supportive and sacrificing whatever of hers for us. Not only is she a wonderful mother but a wonderful person as well. She would and will drop everything to help someone in need. Anyone that has ever known my mom, she was a “mother†to. She has always been a Christian woman and it shows. I have never really done much for my mother on mother’s day and she loved me just the same. I am a grown woman with children of my own and I now “know.†There is just not enough space to tell you how perfect, well deserved this is and I want to give examples but no room.
hi,i,m johnny and wait a minute this is for girls EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW
I am in need of a makeover.
This is gift is perfect for my best friend Becky. I cannot think of anyone who needs it more. She is the most compassionate, kind, and loving person I know who devotes herself to those she loves. She just battled thyroid cancer and now is struggling with other health problems while trying to raise three beautiful children. One of which has been having problems with epilepsy. She still finds time to be a wonderful friend even though is a mother, wife, and works hard. She is a great person and this gift would be a terrific Mother’s day present! Thank you!
It has always been about my kids…….I’d love a makeover just for ME!

MY MOM NEEDS A MAKEOVER! she is very tomboy-ish. I did convince her to do her hair once, she kept up with it for about a month but when we ran out of hairspray unfortunately she gave up. She can dress nicely at times, but tends to throw on her so called “gardening clothes” often and saunter into public covered in dirt and over sized tee shirts. She refuses to try makeup because she insists she can feel it on her face-where as we all know its only when you put on a lot of heavy makeup or cover up.she doesn’t believe me…I want to give her a chance to know what it feels like to be beautiful not that she isnt but it would be nice if she kicked into her feminine side a little more. its fun!! please help my mom!
Everyone knows moms love is the best you can get. Thats why I would like to win a makover for my mom!! She has been thru a lot in life!! She has 3 kids, and a grandbaby! She has been there for all of us when we needed it the most!! Even though she is having a really hard time right now she hides it and makes sure we are ok and have everything we need!! I am hoping to win this book – but if I don’t – it’s on my Amazon wish list – so I’ll be buying it!!!!
Oh wow! My immediate thought was, “Oh, she’s one of THOSE moms!” The kind that always have their act together, make homemade meals and pies for those of us who’ve given birth or have a crisis, host homeschooling book clubs at her home right after having a baby herself, etc.
To find out that she was actually one of us “normal” people before she transformed her life actually gives me hope! I would definitely love to win this book! She is most certainly an inspiration!
Please count me in on this one! My daughter is a SAHM to two little girls and finds it very difficult to get daily chores done. She would love to have Hanna Keeley’s Total Mom Makeover. Thanks.

The book sounds great. Isn’t it a comfort to know that there are others out there who are not “super moms”. Seems most people only want to show the world that side.
