Beignets are SO GOOD!! There is a place in Downtown Disney (in CA) that sells them – a New Orleans joint that is so good. LOVE them!
This beignets picture:
1) gives me watery mouth
2) brings back memories of carnival in Haiti. During carnival there are merchants selling those all over the place with nice banana flavor.
3) Yeah! did I mention it makes me hungry..

Beignets are delicious! A little pillow from heaven! We have a place called the NOLA Cafe that serves the most delicious beignets outside of New Orleans.
