Wordless Wednesday — A New Cheer Season

Our Cheerleaders

Susan’s daughter, Julia, joined Champion Cheerleading this fall. Olivia is thrilled to have Julia cheering now too.

Since Olivia is two years younger than Julia, they are in different groups.

But they had fun posing for us this past weekend at the Champion Cheerleading Showcase, getting geared up for competition season in the New Year.

10 Years Later and Still Cheering…

Olivia is still cheering after all these years. She’s almost 18 years old and cheer has been a huge part of her life.

While Julia stopped cheerleading in 2020, Olivia has kept it up and for the last few years has also been a cheer coach in addition to being a part of one or more competitive cheer teams.

Many years ago, I shared why cheerleading is such a great sport for kids and I am so thankful we discovered it.
