Yikes, our Wordless Wednesday is late! For those of you who were looking to link up earlier, I’m sorry. Janice is away this week — on an island with no Internet access — and she left me photoless for this Wordless Wednesday. So I called upon a friend who sent me this unique image of a canon firing.

Wow! I bet the photographer had to shoot that one quickly! My wordless is all about family!
Oddly beautiful. Thanks for the pic.

Cool shot! I posted my 2nd ever WW. Just felt a bit sappy today hee hee
That “on an island with no internet accesss” sounds lovely! Interesting photo, I have a neighbor who builds Civil War replica cannons, and we went to one of his cannon shoots a few months ago – awesome!!
Wow, talk about clicking at just the right moment! Really cool photo!
Cool pic – although, if you didn’t say what it was … it would take me a while to figure that out! Anyways, Happy WW.
Great shot, especially since you were stranded!! 🙂
That is a beautiful and unique shot. i wish i were a creative type to even think of taking a shot like that!
Photoless?! Oh, the shame! Thank goodness for friends 🙂

It took me a minute to figure it out, but that is cool!

That is a unique shot, more so as very few canons are fired nowadays. 🙂

That is really interesting. I’m glad you explained it because I wasn’t sure what it was.
I’m glad that you said it was a cannon – I was trying to figure out what it was a picture of!
Pretty cool photo, I never would have known what it was!
I left the wrong link! Drats! My WW is actually at http://taragernerziegmont.blogspot.com/2008/07/bubbles.html
I hope you enjoy it!

Interesting. I have never seen a picture like that before.
Hope Janice is having a fun island get away vacation!
Thanks, Susan, for keeping WW going in Janice’s absence. And thanks to your friend for the interesting pic…at first I thought it was a rocket taking off, but that was only because I hadn’t fully woke up yet. 😉
OOopsie! Janice left you manning the shop by yourself? Oh, the shame!! 🙂
(She’s on an ISLAND??? That should be good for some new pics!!)
It’s nice to know you have friends who’ll come through for ya in a pinch :). I’ve never even seen a cannon fire.
My wordless Wednesday is simple and summer! Happy WW!
Happy Wednesday! This picture makes me what to say “BOOM!”
That is a unique image. I like it!
Happy WW!
Wow, very cool!!
Don’t appologise for being late – it means I’m way up at the top of the list instead of way down at the bottom!
Wrong URL for number 20. Don’t hesitate to erase it.
Super cool! Great pic!
A great picture, nonetheless! 🙂
Happy WW!
Just wanted to thank you all for letting me linky-up for WW! It’s been quite a while since I’ve done one, and I was definitely due. Thanks again for letting me participate! Much love to you all, take care and God Bless!
