Pride & Prejudice! It’s one of my absolute favorite movies. How can anyone NOT appreciate the love story between Mr. Darcy and Elizabeth Bennet? It’s so beautiful and there are so many memorable moments/lines in that film.
Like when Mr. Darcy says, “I have fought against my better judgment, my family’s expectations, the inferiority of your birth by rank and circumstance. All these things I am willing to put aside and ask you to end my agony.”
And I’m equally exited (okay, even more excited…) about the Blu-Ray player! My husband would be thrilled about it too. We’ve been wanting to get one for some time now.

Best movie adaptation of a Jane Austen novel ever!! Almost never veers from the book. And when Mr. Darcy comes out of the water in that wet shirt…now I know why guys like wet t-shirt contests (well…may be I do).

I love pride and prejudice. It would be so nice to win. I would say more, but it seems like every time I do it I don’t win.
The timing on this one is perfect. I remember first being exposed to the book Pride and Prejudice in the 9th grade and my English class would read several chapters of the book during the week and then on Friday we would get to watch the A&E version of the movie up to the point where we had finished reading. By the end of the book and movie, I was in love with both the book AND the movie. Over the years, I have read the book numerous times.
My son and I were going to both read this book over the summer as our own little book club and we were going to repeat my high school experience where we watched the movie a bit each week too. I don’t own this classic movie of Pride & Prejudice (and by far the best version ever made) and I would LOVE to win this! We also don’t own a Blu-Ray player so this win would be thrilling for us! Thanks for the giveaway!

First of all, we don’t have a Blu-Ray player and would LOVE one! Second of all, my toddler stepped on & broke the first disc in our A&E set of Pride & Prejudice. I thought I would die of cardiac arrest. I was so so so so so so sad!
