With tongue-in-cheek humor, Dr. Zibners keeps the mood light even while she’s providing usable information in parent-friendly terms (read: non-medically trained parents!). Having been perplexed more than once in my almost 9 years of parenting, I can appreciate this book’s value, and I’m sure that I’ll have reason to pull it off the shelf again sometime in the near future!

What a wonderful book for any parent! I’ve been so fortunate that my children don’t get ill often but when they do I’ve always asked these same types of questions about how to handle it and how serious it is!
