I am one of those people who likes to exercise. Honestly, I need to exercise. It lifts my spirits, energizes me, and makes me healthier and happier. This book sounds perfect for me! After 3 boys, I am starting to realize just how important exercise is. I started exercising 1 yr ago, and it’s amazing how much better I feel about myself, and how those last 10 baby pounds really started to disappear. Exercise is hard for me, but when I think about how good I feel afterward, and what a great stress reliever it is, I know it is worth it!! I look forward to taking a look at this book!

I could really use this. I am suffering from arthritis in the Knee and ankles due to my excess weight. Bariatric surgery is not an option because I’m less than 100 lbs over weight (barely). I lost 10 lbs over the summer but have a hard time in the winter losing weight.
