These books sound great! I think Rose Tremain is the only one I’ve read, and I really liked it.
I am a busy mom of three young kids, and I could sure use some motherly advice, especially when it somes to potty-training. I am convinced that my three-year-old will still be wearing diapers in college. All of the books look great, especially the one on mommy guilt.

Good reading ahead
I’m always needing new books!
I love to read and I’m always looking for new books. I can’t buy as many as I once did, but I can get some from the public library.
I was once a Christian bookstore manager and I set as a goal for myself to read at least five books a week and most weeks I did just that.
Customers were always coming in the store needing a book to give someone who was going through a certain period in their life and I wanted to be able to give them the right book to help that person and along the way I helped myself to blossom into the woman I am now.

I loved “The Road Home.” I want to throw in another recommendation (not a giveaway, though!) for a great book gift for Mom this coming weekend. It’s Honor Yourself by Patricia Spadaro. It’s about how to get beyond the myths of giving and receiving, so we can get to the great spot of balanced living. The author gives really good insights and tools to help us get in balance, and set boundaries (what mom doesn’t need to do that?) I love the way the book combines wisdom from so many different sources and spiritual traditions, with real-life stories and practical tips and tools.
