Decorating for fall is such fun for kids. Here is a super simple DIY fall decoration that makes a quick family activity turn into some lovely autumn decor.
For this simple craft, we used supplies from the dollar store so that this decoration is not only quick and easy, but super inexpensive.
You can either whip up a few of these yourself to decorate your mantle or turn it into a perfect craft for your kids. They’ll love when they see you placing their creations on display for your house guests.
Craft Supplies
- 1 package fall leaves
- 1 mason jar
- 1 package raffia
- 1 tea light
Craft Directions
This craft couldn’t be easier…
- Place a few leaves in the mason jar.
- Place tea light into jar.
- Top with more leaves.
- Take a couple of pieces of raffia and tie around the top of the mason jar.
