Are you organized?
Me, either (or if you started shaking in excitement just thinking about it, and gave a silent “You bet,” my response is “Oh. Well I’m not.”).

My papers and documents need to be labeled.
My son has all these show boxes that have stuff in them which need to be labeled. Some boxes are trinkets from old girlfriends, song lyrics, class projects, travel momentos.
Everything, we lose it all… but seriously, one son goes to summer camp. We’ve got one off to college. The third has to take all those supplies to school and I’m a teacher with all the fun stuff I buy with my own money for my classroom. Seems like anything that’s not labeled grows legs and walks away!

Off-season clothes desperately need labels
I was just talking to our favorite swimming staff at the YMCA that they desperately needed to label their storage lockers so that kids could easily find the right size flippers for their feet. I would start with that project!
need to label all of the hubby’s military containers… that way we don’t have to open them! lol, they smell…
My son is just starting junior high and we have to label all of his supplies. I just really got into cooking recently and I need to label all my spices so my son doesn’t hand me the wrong thing again. This would make my life so much more organized. I’d start with the kid’s toys. They are a year apart and constantly fight over EVERYTHING! Then I’d go to the shop and finally get things straightened out. Labeling my DVD’s would be great too since the kids always loan them out.

I have 2 going to college this fall and they will need everything labeled so they will know who’s items are who’s from their roommates.
I often buy bulk size packages of meat, which I separate into individual plastic containers and freeze. Labeling them is esssential, and the DYMO would help!
The funniest thing that needs to be labeled in my house is my huband’s and son’s underwear. Somehow my oldest son, 14, comes home from my ex-husband’s house from visitation with my ex-husband’s underwear. Then after I do the laundry I have caught my husband wearing my ex-husbands underwear.

What would I use a label maker for? My entire house! My son’s speech therapist and occupational therapist reccomended that we put his toys into plastic containers with lids to encourage communication and fine motor skills (opening the lid). I’ve been lableing those containers with a Sharpie and blue painters tape, a DYMO would totally save me from writers cramp.

I desperately need to label my daughter’s clothes because the daycare workers always end up having to write her name on her clothes with a market themselves.

With all the new fangled items out there nothing beats a labeler! It is simple to use and one of the most useful items. I Have a p-touch and it’s on its last legs. They work great for scrapbooking too!

This year, I became a parapro, working with special needs children. I love my kids! A label maker would help me and the teacher create file folder games and other tools to help these inclusion kids.
The more organized the better!

This is an easy one. I have a scrapbooking section of my basement and I have so many embellishments, tools, stickers, books, etc. and everything is stored in little, medium, and big pullout drawers on shelves and on my work surface. I would use this label maker to identify the contents of each drawer. This would be amazingly helpful to me. I have at least 50 of the drawers that could seriously benefit from labels.

Everything that can be labeled in my house needs to be labeled. I have used a label-maker before at work and it is terrific. I don’t have one for home use and I really need it. I would label out of season clothes, wraping paper and supplies, Christmas decorations, etc.

Ok I’m 50 and fudged..hehehe.. Seriously I would use this for my 50 year old eyes to be able to sort through the 100’s of coffee tins that I have with my stained glass mosaic pieces in them. It takes me an hour to open and close them all to find the right colors..grrrrrrrr and then it would be on to my OCD husbands tool shack and cb radio repair area… I would love to be able to walk into a room and point to where things are.. I’m going blind..argh!!!

Our garage needs so much help! Every Christmas I spend over an hour looking for the boxes I stored the decorations in.
I am an avid reader and I have a rather large collection of books. Unfortunately, I don’t have the space (for now) for all of them to be displayed on shelves. My biggest need would be the camping totes. It makes setting up camp so simple if the totes are always labeled and packed the same. I would also labe my boxes of unedning craft supplies.

With all my genealogy binders and folders to label, I sure could use one of these! It would be great for my magazine storers, kids clothes, garden tools, lawn chairs that go to reunions, and about a thousand other things that I have around the house!

My son, Noah, had a heart transplant last year and there is a ton of medical equipment and medicine and syringes and tubing, and you name it I have it.
Having a labeler would be SO helpful!!
The first thing I would label is all the cords that go to my rechargeable cell phones, digial camera battery, camcorder battery, IPod, MP3 player and tools. Then I would head to the pantry to label the cords for the popcorn popper, deep fat fryer, fry pan and griddle. I’d also love to label all the cords that are tangled in back of the computer so when I have to upplug everything during a lightning storm I’d know where to hook them back up!! …guess that goes with the TV, VCR, satellite, etc. I’d better make sure I have lots of label tape!!

I confess… That’s right I am the closet labeler! Since we just moved, everything in our house is a mess. I need to label boxes to donate clothes, to put them away for future children, to organize every single household item / boxes that we have. This would be such a handy thing!

Wow! I could finally label all of my crafting drawers (those plastic drawers on rollers), plastic containers that hold my pens and markers, my scrapbook albums, my holiday ornament boxes, Easter decorations, Halloween decorations and more. We are required to label each individual crayon, marker, eraser, pencil, etc. for my daughter’s school. This would come in handy.

I have 5 grandkids that I babysit. I need to label all the toys and clothes and the containers they gointo. Also, I take things in my pantry out of boxes and put them into clear containers and bags and they need labels.

I would label my three boys so I would stop calling them by the wrong name all the time. It drives them nuts!!! But I can’t help it, because they each sucked the brain cells right out of me when they born so there’s not much left! Brain that is.

I could really use this for everything! I am an organizing addict but most things are not labeled or labeled in Sharpie marker…not very pretty or organized! My spice rack is in desperate need, as I nearly mistook cinnamon for curry powder when I was making an Indian dish over the weekend.

I got my 6-year-old one of those 10-shelf hanging closet organizers. It’s supposed to be for shoes, but we pick out her clothes and pjs for the week (with 3 shelves left over for misc. storage) and put one day’s clothes on each shelf. I still need to make labels for the shelves so she knows which clothes are for which day!
Actually, everything in my house needs to be organized. My sister and I burn CDs, and we don’t always write whats on them… so this would be helpful in keep ours separate. Also, it would help in distinguishing our salt from our flour!!

My file cabinet is a disaster. I have 3 large plastic storage containers filled with papers that need to be filed. I could label each drawer and all the folders inside so maybe I could find everything. Currently I stand over one of the containers sifting through papers and muttering to myself and vow to organize these papers “someday”.

I love to label things, but my labeler got lost in our move nearly 4 years ago! We have a room so packed with junk that I can barely walk in it (it’s probably where the labeler is.) And I think winning this new Dymo would really kick-start my motivation for cleaning and organizing that room into the craft room I’ve always wanted!

I try to be a very organized person, but it seems we are always adding new folders in our office or new bins of stuff in our basement. The labeler would be perfect for staying on top of this stuff and creating a more organized household.

You all must be psychic, I swear… first I have a convo with the hubby about the magic bullet to make baby food for the girls, and you host a giveaway… and two nights ago we see a video for the DYMO and I tell him, I could really use that.. and HERE we are… I was organized till the twins came.. would love this especially since I’ve started packing away all the clothes they’ve outgrown..
At 72 have so much STUFF I would like to label so I can give it to my kids if any of them want some of it, and to my grandbabies if any of them want some of it and the rest to the charity shop but it all has to be sorted and labeled before that can happen. Only stuff I don’t want to label are my bird and my kitty.

I can so relate to you! There was not a single organizational gene in me when I was born. Just to show God has a sense of humor, I married a man so organized that it can be painful. The last almost 15 years have seen more than one confrontation.
Labeling has been a saving grace for me – that I’ve only just begun to develop. That way I can put things away (so that he can’t “see” them) and still know what is where.
Now I just need to get my files and the kids school stuff in order ;). Always one more thing that needs to be done I guess.

I’d label my kids school stuff. They are starting school for the 1st time the end of this month…and I am sure they’ll have a lot of stuff to label!
Practilly everything in my house needs pretty & neat labels. Right now, I use paper & tape as laabels. I am a container queen so practically everything in my pantry needs labels. I can also use it for my craft room, garage and office.
I have been organizing my boxes in the spare room/storeroom and they all need to be labeled.
Are you kidding? I can’t think of much I couldn’t use that on! One more organizational tool to thrill my family with! Ha!

What doesn’t need to be labeled?? The first thing I would do are my daughter’s pencils for school. Each and every one needs to have her name on it, and my hand is just too lazy to write all that. 🙂

I love the DYMO labeller. I have used one for years and it just broke this past spring. I haven’t broken down to buy an new one yet and could really use it to label back to school supplies.

I’m a labeler too… though maybe not of the support-group variety! I love to label the kids’ toy bins, but the cheap labels I’ve been using fall off after a month or two and I need to replace them.

Oh, good Lord! My entire basement (AKA “junk” room, storage central, land of the lost) needs labeling. In an attempt to become organized, we put everything in tubs down there. Imagine staying up till midnight before my daughter’s first birthday, going through tubs to find my cake decorating supplies…
