  20. Spread the word to women about mammograms, a women should be checked every year. A friend of mine is terminally ill with breast cancer and fighting for her life- if she had it checked sooner, she couldve been treated and cured already! there is a cure in the early stages! go be checked!

She doesn’t live close to me, she lives on the other side of the world as a matter a fact, and with this camera I would be able to take beautiful pictures of nature and friends and family, and take videos of laughter and having fun, and then after that I would download them and send them to her, I would love this camera!

  51. I am already spreading awareness of breastcancer. It seems so sad to me that the last pictures I’ve taken of my 6 year old daughter were when she was still in diapers.   251. What a great giveaway! I would give this camera to my grandmother if I won. She just turned 65 on Oct 13 and is a Breast Cancer Survivor. She started her battle in October of 2000 and is now in remission. She has been wanting a digital camera because there are 11 of us grandkids ages 2 – 21 years and she loves to take pictures, but can’t afford a digital camera!

  358. I am 32 and am having an ultrasound for a lump in my breast on Oct. 29th. My youngest sister in law had a mass removed from her breast when she was in her EARLY 20’s- it is SO imporant to do self-exams and take your health seriously! Some of us may be considered “too young” for mamograms, but as many of you know, breast cancer can happen to women of all age and race. Bravo for October as Breast Cancer Awareness month! Early detection is KEY! A cure will be even better!!! A pink camera will get people commenting ALL year long, not just in October!

Our camera has taken it’s last picture (warning: digital cameras just do not fare well when you drop them on ceramic tile floors!!) and we have baby number 2 on the way so of course it would be great to take pictures of him/her!! 🙂
