While BlogHer may be on the minds of many this time of year (yes – we will be there), there is another conference that you definitely want to start thinking about.
YES, you guessed it… The Mom 2.0 Summit 2010! Clear your calendars for Feb 18-21, 2010 and start looking for a ride to Houston, Texas.
Janice and I LOVED The Mom 2.0 Summit 2009 and we cannot recommend it enough. The smaller size of the conference creates amazing networking opportunities and the content delivered through the conversational style sessions is brilliant.
As you may know, Janice and I filmed some fantastic interviews with various speakers and attendees at the conference and we have published several so far. Now we are back with the continuation of our Mom 2.0 Summit 2009 interviews.
As the 2009 Mom 2.0 Summit wrapped up, Janice grabbed a few minutes with one of the event founders Carrie Pacini.
The Mom 2.0 Sunbird Special: through August 31st buy your full 3 day registration to the 2010 Mom 2.0 Summit for the hot price of $349. That’s 50 bucks off the regular early bird special.
The early bird may get the worm, but the early early bird gets the sun.
Psst… if you were there last year, I believe there is a super special Alumni promotion only offered to returning attendees. Check your inboxes and track down that super secret announcement!
Janice and I are already looking forward to the Mom 2.0 Summit Feb 18-21, 2010 and we hope you’ll be there.

Stephanie,
Did you see my video about bringing my girls to the conference with me last year?

If you’re bringing your family to any conference, this is the one to do it!!! My girls had such a fantastic holiday.
And good idea about a post regarding the differences between the conferences. We’ll work on that.
Stephanie says
Thanks for letting us know. I might actually be able to “swing” this conference, but I’ll have to bring my family along with me because my youngest will still be nursing at that point. Maybe we’ll do some fun family activities while we’re there. 🙂
P.S. You should write a post about the differences between BlogHer, Blissdom, SheSpeaks, Mom 2.0 Summit, Blog World Expo, and M2Moms. I’d love to hear your thoughts on that.

I really, really wanted to go to the inaugural Mom 2.0 but couldn’t afford it… hopefully I’ll be able to dig up a few sponsors by the next one!

I would love to go since I live near Houston. I wish there was a blog conference for us poor folks.

YAY Me! I live in Houston so i will definitely be there for this one. Now, to start getting some sponsor together….
Susan says
Erica, great idea to look for a sponsor. There were several bloggers there last year with sponsorship.
Erica Mueller says
Houston isn’t all that far from me!! I’m starting to save and plan, right now!
Who knows, maybe I’ll even find a sponsor to help me get there!
Robyn says
I am realy hoping to get to go again next year. Mom 2.0 was amazing!

I would love to go, and we’d finally get to meet, but that’s my kids’ winter break from school, and we go skiing that weekend.
Bummer.
