Mother’s Day is the perfect time to capture your children’s thoughts and favorite things about the most special person in their lives… their Mom!
If you’re a mom yourself, maybe point your kids’ dad to this page and have him print out this free “All About My Mom” Questionnaire Printable for your children to fill out.
It can be fun to let your kids write down what they think the answers are to these questions. Their answers might be quite different from reality… and that’s good for a laugh. Or they can let Dad help them out with some hints.
What do you think your kids would say your favorite food is? What about your favorite movie? If your kids are small, it can be really funny to hear what age they think you are.
