The strongest memory I have of visiting Disneyland when I was six is from “It’s a Small World.”
It was so fun to relive the memories at Disney World this February with my kids. Both Olivia and Jackson loved it!

I love the shadows and the light – such a different view from the traditional bright lights and bright colors!
I do remember that ride at Disney World. Actually a funny story about it. I went with my schools band and we got stuck on the ride for 2 hours listening to that song. Never again have I ridden that ride. Hahaha
Is it just me or is the Mr. Linky not working right?
Awwwww – makes me want to get on the ride. It’s been a while since we’ve been to Disneyland.
Love this!
sooo much fun
Man, am I late to the game on this one or what? Well, I’m posted and all set to go
Swing by the IE Mommy and come fishing with us!
The song really sticks in your head!!!! Thanks for bringing back happy memories with your post!
Your WW reminds me how small our world really is. So I posted a little peice of my small world as my WW.

Oooohh we love Its a Small World!!!! I love almost anything Disney! We are headed there in Oct, for my birthday this year!
Now that song will be in my head all day!
I love that, too. I am curious to see how the revamp compares to my childhood memories. I loved all the old Disney kitsch- Tiki Room, etc.
One of my most favorite rides is It’s a Small World!!! The last time we were at Disneyland it was closed for repairs… =(
Thanks for sharing!
Ciao
I remember going on this ride at Disneyland. That was fun!
We are heading there next week, to disneyland, cant wait to take my toddler on this ride, my oldest has been on it the last 3 times he was at disneyland (spoiled little boy by his grandparents)
That picture turned out well! Now I’ll be singing the song all day . . . lol
Like the comment above me…Thanks! That song will be stuck in my head the rest of the day!
It looks like you had a great time–I can’t wait for a nice family vacation.
I remember It’s a Small World (I grew up in OC, CA-original Disneyland) I can remember where all the little sections were and the countries, etc. Now they have changed the ride and added Disney characters…it’s just not the same anymore!
But, like you, I still have my memories.
Great picture…ours were always so blurry.
Great shot! I love Disney World and that ride.
It’s been a while since I’ve posted a WW, but my sister has been begging for one… I can’t wait to check out some of the others when DH goes back to Iraq. Until then, he’s got all my time!
Hey, this is my first wordless weds post. Hope I did it right!
Cool photo! It brings back so many memories…that’s such a classic Disney ride.
