Wordless Wednesday — Julia actually wanting me to take her picture…

Camera Fickle Julia Decides to Smile…

Getting shots of Susan’s oldest daughter Julia has never been easy. She has a mind of her own! But a few weeks ago, I had my camera at the playground with her and my son Jackson. Julia kept asking me to take her photo and posing for me! It was fabulous — I wish she were always so fond of modeling for me.

Post a photo on your site, link up and find others… Wordless Wednesday is tons of fun. (And I know it says “wordless” but I just can’t bear to not write anything! If I had created it, I probably would have named it something different! LOL)

Here is a fun thumbnail linky…

But if you prefer the old style, you can use this linky:

Thanks to Uisce for creating Wordless Wednesday.

Did you know that Susan and I own two online toy stores where you can find unique toys for Christmas like a pedal car or an inspiring toy kitchen. You know, in case Santa needs any ideas!

How cute, Janice. She is just darling. My son still (at 9 years old) doesn’t like his photo taken. He can’t sit still long enough… lol!

I love getting shots of my boys at the playground too. I think that are just so happy to be there that it makes getting good photos easy. Great shot!

My girls do the same thing! I have to butter my daughter up for a smile, “wow, that is one great shirt you are wearing! it’s a nice color! and your hair, it’s perfect today!!….btw, can I take a picture?”
Then, maybe I’ll get a smile.
:)

She’s a sweetie Jan!

I have a four year old who is still in the “no picture” phase. My older two are a little more agreeable. The posing may never stop now, but at least all of the snapshots will make for great memories.

Love the moment you captured. My oldest is 7 now and getting to be less willing to pose for me with the camera. I miss my ham who was always willing to help me out.

I know what you mean; it’s rare that I can get my son to pose for a shot or let me take a serious picture without him sticking out his tongue or making a goofy face!

What a doll! Looks a bit like her momma.
I have a reluctant model too…but sometimes she will just let loose and be a real poser for me. That’s when the real clown inside her shows through.
Congratulations on the capture Janice!
