The Second Round Two weeks ago I “tackled” labor and delivery. This week it was Susan’s turn as she gave birth to her daughter, Sophia Vanna. Susan did an excellent job delivering and Sophia safely arrived on Friday afternoon. I couldn’t believe how quickly and efficiently Susan pushed her out! I must say - it is a lot easier being one of the “coaches” than being the birthing mother! (Susan and I were so relieved to have our babies far enough apart so that we were both able to be at each other’s births.) If you missed Sophia’s birth pictures, you can click here to see that post. Well, I certainly am not tackling parenthood again on this tackle it Tuesday but am thrilled for Susan and her gorgeous new baby. You all are going to have so much fun. So many kids and family around. I am done with four and it goes fast so enjoy every moment.
