This year it seems like my kids are really growing up. Jackson is in high school and Olivia is in third grade.
They are becoming so independent — and tall!
While I love that I am finished the “full contact parenting” stage, I sure do love to look at photos of them as babies.
Tonight, Olivia and I were looking at old photos and talking about how much she loved her Sophie the Giraffe.
So for this week’s Wordless Wednesday, which is never “wordless” but out of tradition I still keep posting them, I am throwing it back to 2008.

I feel the same way. My “babies” are 8 and almost 12. Looking back at those sweet moments gets me every time. Olivia was such a cutie!
