On Halloween morning, Olivia ran in her first 5K run in the MEC Race Series in North Vancouver. She ran with her friend, Berlin, who is my blogging friend Connie Peters’ daughter, and the rest of the crew from their running club, Sole Girls.

Way to go Olivia! I’m not a runner but have a teen son who is. He often participates in 5K runs. The camaraderie and spirit between all runners is beautiful. Hopefully it’s something that Olivia enjoys and will do more of.
