    We have chicken about 5 times a week…the Broccoli and Chicken Strata looks yummy, or just chicken tacos.

  149. The pizza idea you have looks good, as do the fajitas that others have mentioned. These would be very versatile and could be incorporated as a main dish to just about any meal. I think that is the primary way we would use them.
