  8. I’ve gone from drinking multiple sodas a day to drinking about one a week. Other than that i drink mostly water, and sometimes I add a calorie free fruit punch mix to it. Unfortunately, the fruit punch mix has aspartame.

  23. I drink more water and only very rarely have a soda but my hubby is addicted to soda and my step daughter isn’t much better. I would really love to try this for them. I will not buy diet sodas because I think they are way worse for you so this would be a great healthier alternative for my family and I think they would enjoy it.     My eating habits fluctuate in terms of healthiness, but I pretty much only drink water. And coffee. Too much coffee, probably. I have maybe 4 sodas a year when I go on a road trip and have to stop at a fast food joint. This products sounds like it would be great for my daughter. She hates unflavored water.
