Movie Fun: Wimp Yourself
I tried out the WimpYourself.com site. It was fun picking out clothes and expressions to personify myself and my two kids. But the REALLY funny part is that no matter what I did, Amanda was sort of cropped out, which is exactly what happened in a picture that I posted on instagram of our family having some Mother’s Day fun. She was in the picture, but when it posted, she just barely made it. We had some laughs over that.
We are taking a beach trip this summer, so I picked that background for our long haul. It will be on the plane, not a car, so hopefully it will be smooth sailing — I do know for sure that Amanda will be front and center in all our fun!

I can’t afford to take any extended amount of time off for a vacation, or the vacation itself. Instead I have several day trips planned to go on with my son on my days off. I like that better anyway because it gives us something to look forward to every week of the summer instead of just once and done.
We would love to take vacations but end up just working mostly.
We don’t take vacations… we will spend a few weekends at the lake, but probably no more than 2-3 nights at a time.
My daughter and I want to go to the beach and also we are going to Ohio twice, once for a concert and once for the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame. We will be stocked with drinks and snacks and stops along the way to fun sights.
I am backpacking through New Hampshire and Maine.

We are planning on going on our first cruise this year! We live at a summer vacation spot so summer vacations aren’t really our thing, but we are changing tradition this year.

Thank you for the giveaway. I graduated from college with an associate degree, two weeks ago. I am going on a trip that is partially a graduation trip to see my family. Our 15 year old daughter is going with me. This will be a trip full of activities. This trip will definitely cover almost 3 weeks of summer. When we come back home, we all plan to spend time doing activities at the local lake, go fishing, enjoy the weather outside, etc.
We have no plans for the summer here in Kissimmee.
We live 7 hours away from all of our family, so this summer we will take 3 road trips to Wisconsin to see everybody! Our 7 year old gets car sickness really bad, and all 3 of our kids bicker constantly. They are 14, and 4… it’s always a crazy ride, but a good crazy:) lol

We took a spring break trip to Illinois to visit family so we won’t be doing summer travel. I’m sure we will be spending most of our days by the pool or at the splash pads.
