A few weeks ago, I posted this recipe for Gluten Free Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies.
I am linking back to it today in case you missed it – it is too delicious to miss – and in case you have some extra Halloween candy around to use up. These cookies are the perfect destination for your extra candy bars and M&Ms…

I am going to try these! i was just reading a blog from a mom with an autistic child. She claims that by eliminating gluten that there has been a remarkable improvement. It is going to be expensive and added work, but so worth trying! Glad to know we can still eat yummy things…Thanks for sharing!

She’s too stinking cute! And we’ll have to try that recipe for sure. Have you ever made monster cookies? They are gluten free too, but just use finely chopped oats (do you have a food processor) instead of the GF flours so you don’t get the rice flour flavor/texture. I love them!
