Susan here to let you know how I did with the #ActiviaChallenge. This post is sponsored but as always my opinions are my own.
As I shared earlier, for the last 4 weeks I’ve been taking part in the #ActiviaChallenge… only it wasn’t a tough “challenge” for me.
I’ve always loved Activia yogurt, but by taking part in this challenge I committed to eating Activia yogurt twice per day for four weeks as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle to see if it helped reduce the frequency of minor digestive issues like bloating, gas, discomfort and rumbling.
And I can honestly say that I’ve been eating Activia yogurt 2x per day for coming up on 4 weeks now (I was a few days late starting) and I have had fewer digestive issues like bloating, gas, discomfort and rumbling.
I am so pleased with the results and with my new favorite flavors of yogurt – Lime Greek and Raspberry Lemon Greek, that I will definitely continue with this new healthy habit.
I’ll be keeping my fridge stocked, just like this…
I love it when I can say I successfully completed a challenge… even if it was an easy one!
It’s Not Too Late
You can still take the #ActiviaChallenge. See Official Rules. Complete purchase by 11/30/2014 (up to $65). This applies in the US only, so for us Canadians, we can just take the challenge and enjoy feeling great.
