Being a very busy mom, I am all for anytime I can throw together a delicious meal to feed my hungry family with.     I’d make my grilled chicken salad and make it in fried rice. But I Luv Luv Luv to grill it with some sweet baby rays!!! Serve it with a salad and baked potatoes! I also Luv my glazed chicken.

    The pizza idea you have looks good, as do the fajitas that others have mentioned. These would be very versatile and could be incorporated as a main dish to just about any meal. I think that is the primary way we would use them.
