Easter brunch is wonderful way to enjoy a relaxing day with kids of all ages. We’ve always loved hiding chocolate eggs for our kids and then letting them have a fun Easter egg hunt first thing in the morning. Then we can spend some time cooking and having a tasty brunch all together.
It’s especially nice if you have family living nearby who can pop over for brunch too. The more the merrier!
If you’re having several people over to eat, it’s a good idea to include a variety of brunch foods. We like to include some classic breakfast items that include proteins such as eggs as well as yummy pastries. It can be helpful to serve easy to eat or hand-held foods if people will be mingling while they eat.
Check ahead if any of your guests only eat gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan foods. You may think you’re already confident of your family’s food preferences, allergies or restrictions, but they may have changed over the past year. It can show you care by asking ahead and/or also providing a variety of foods in a buffet style brunch.
We hope these recipe suggestions help you plan your Easter menu.
