I’m loving watching all the Facebook posts from my friends about the start of summer. While my girls aren’t out of school until the end of June, I start feeling like summer has arrived thanks to all my friend’s fun photos. While I might feel a little jealous, I remind myself that our summer will last until the first week of September.

So thanks to all the summer tweets and Facebook posts, I’m definitely in the mood for fresh fruit recipes. We’ve gathered a collection of delicious fresh fruit recipes from last week’s party submissions.
