Brownie mix cookies are such a quick treat to make for your kids. This easy recipe turns a box of fudge mix brownies and a few ingredients into delicious cookies.

Brownie cookies from a box

Hey 5 Minutes for Mom readers. This is Patti from Sincerely Jean and today I am sharing with you the most delicious cookies. I am a big fan of brownies. If I could eat brownies every day, I would. My favorite kind is Betty Crocker Fudge Mix. I use to make homemade brownies but ever since I tried these I haven’t gone back.

The other day I was thinking of different ways to make a brownie and I decided to try to make brownie mix cookies. I am so glad I did. They were so yummy!

It still switched things up a bit for my family because they were shaped like cookies but I was still getting what I wanted for dessert, hehe.

This recipe is so simple to make. It doesn’t need very many ingredients but turns out so delicious. I love that these brownie cookies don’t produce as many crumbs as brownies do. My little ones are able to eat these with a little less clean up then with normal brownies. I will definitely be making these brownie cookies again.

Sincerely, Patti Jean
