While I love living in beautiful Vancouver, Canada, one downside of being on this side of the border is that we don’t have access to many of the products, stores and services that exist in the USA.
But thankfully, one such awesome company has crossed over to our side.
Soothe.com — a same-day, mobile massage-on-demand service — just launched in Vancouver!
Soothe has been successfully serving 14 US cities with over 1800 licensed massage therapists. They will be launching in New York City on Nov. 3, 2015, and are already available in Chicago, Dallas, Fort Worth, Los Angeles/OC, Miami/Ft. Lauderdale, San Diego, Austin, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Washington, D.C., and Seattle.
The only thing better than a fabulous massage is…
A fabulous massage when you want it and where you want it. Imagine not having to drive to a massage therapist’s office for an appointment you likely had to schedule weeks in advance, find a parking spot, and then drive back home.
When you suddenly have a headache or feel a knot in your neck and you want a massage right then, right where you are… There’s an app for that.
It’s called @SootheApp.
With a few clicks, you’ll book a licensed, vetted, certified massage therapist to come to your home, office or hotel room, with as little as 60 minutes advance notice.
Services include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports and Couples massage, in treatment lengths of 60-90-120 minutes for a fixed fee that includes gratuity and taxes ($99-$139-$169).
And the flexible hours are awesome. Book a massage anytime from 8 am – midnight daily. You can book 24-7 via the iOS or Android app, online, or via the toll-free number during business hours.
They’ve consistently received 5-star reviews.
You Deserve A Good Massage
Just talking about the service is making me desperately want another massage. Yes, I tested the service the other day and I was thoroughly impressed.
An awesome massage therapist named Lisa Joy arrived at my place shortly before our scheduled time to allow her a few minutes to set up her table and start the massage on time. She asked me a few questions about my health, previous injuries and offered options for massage oils.
I loved that she brought a small CD player to play relaxing spa music that set the tone for me to relax.
The quality of massage was absolutely wonderful. I was thankful to have a 90 minute massage and I highly recommend booking the 90 minute, or if you really want to treat yourself, the 120 minute massage.
